Players can hug, chat and dance with all of their favourite Disney characters, pose for pictures, visit shops and most importantly of all, check out those famous Disney rides, the majority of which take the form of interactive minigames. Sure, it's scaled down and there aren't puddles of sick everywhere, but it's an impressive and sizeable gaming area, which you are free to explore right from the beginning. Unlike recent multiplatform release Disney Universe, which features a fictional Disneyland theme park chock-full of baddies, Kinect Disneyland Adventures takes place in near enough the real thing. And while we were half-expecting to play through another bout of tedious minigames with clunky controls and little or no narrative, we're happy to report that Kinect Disneyland Adventures offers so much more. Kinect Disneyland Adventures may well be the closest some of us ever come to visiting the "Happiest Place On Earth", so we're hoping Kinectimals developer Frontier has what it takes to put a smile on our face.
